1. Payment Information: In order to reserve your appointment, we require a card on file. However, please note that your card will not be charged until after the service is completed and you are fully satisfied with the results.

2. Cancellation with 48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel within this timeframe, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. This helps us accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

3. Cancellation with Less Than 24-Hour Notice: We understand that emergencies can arise, but if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the service. This fee covers the time and resources reserved specifically for your appointment.
